This 53 year old woman came to our office wanting to learn more about facial rejuvenation plastic surgery in Atlanta. During her consultation her surgeon noted that she had good facial structure overall but was experiencing some of the typical signs of aging - wrinkled skin, jowling, and hooding around the eyelids.

The excess skin in her upper eyelids made her appear tired even when she was very rested. In addition, the jaw line jowls and sagging skin on the neck contributed to her aged appearance. She certainly did not want to look like she was in her 20s again, but she wanted to have a more refreshed appearance that was appropriate for her age.

Her surgeon discussed the many facial sculpting options available for her, including Atlanta face lift, brow lift, and eyelid surgery. After discussing these options, she decided on having a face lit along with upper eyelid surgery to remove the excess skin in her upper eyelids. As you can see in the "after" images, this patient now has a much more flattering facial contour. From the side view, the improvements to the shape and firmness of her chin and neck area are particularly prominent. Her eyelid surgery procedure gave her a much brighter and lively eyelid appearance. Overall, she is very happy with her results.
