Facelift Case 160

59 year old female was not satisfied with her aging face, neck and eyes. She had a facelift fourteen years prior with great result; however, she has noticed increased facial wrinkling and creasing. She had an adequate amount of loose skin around her eyelids and face. This patient also had a sufficient amount of skin damage to her face after years of sun exposure which made her appear to be much older than she really was.

After discussing the options with the doctor, she decided that upper and lower eyelid surgery as well as a full face and neck lift would be the best option for her. During the procedure, excess skin and fat was removed and alsomuscle repair was performed in her neck.

The patient could not be more pleased with her refreshed and more youthful appearance.
