Breast Lift Case 205

The patient is a 18 year old female who wanted to discuss breast reconstruction. The patient was born with a bilateral breast deformity. She had Poland's syndrome on the left breast with very little development if any. She had no preceivable inframammary crease, and the underside of the breast created a concavity. The patient had a larger breast on the right side, however, this breast had a tubular breast deformity with some nipple herniation as well. The nipple-areola complex on the right side was lower and larger than the left side. The patient had a breast augmenation with a 200cc silicone implant in the right breast and a 450cc silicone implant in the left breast. Along with inframammary crease reconstruction on the left breast and C.A. mastopexy to the right breast.
