Breast Lift Case 173

The patient is a 26 year old, she is 5'1" tall and weights 145 Lbs.  She complains of lack of breast fullness and desires improved breast symmetry. The left breast is larger than the right. She selected the saline implants under the muscle through the inframammary incision with a separate mastopexy on the left side to reduce the areola for better symmetry. We place a 300cc saline implant on the left and 375cc implant on the right. Patient very pleased with the results.
