Breast Augmentation Case 185

A 40 year old women 5 feet 4 inches tall, 126 pounds, who desired a breast enlargment due to a lack of breast fullness. The patient had very little breast tissue present. She had a mild amount, more on the left side than the right side. She decided to proceed with silicone gel implants under the muscle. 475cc implant in the right breast and 450cc implant on the left breast.
