36 year old white female unhappy with her small breasts and wanted them to be enlarged. This patient has had 3 pregnancies and therefore, has mild sagging. She is 5'9, 140 pounds and wore a size 36-C bra prior to the operation.

This patient decided on saline implants without a breast lift. The smooth saline implants were inserted under the muscle to achieve the best effect possible. The implants were filled to 400 cc, thus giving the patient a small, full D cup.

This patient is extremely happy with the results and is very content with her breast size in proportion to her height and size.
