Mommy Makeover Case 226

40 year-old patient who came to the office to discuss multiple procedures including a tummy tuck and breast lifts with possible implants. She stated that she had three C-sections and has loose skin of her abdomen. She also stated that her breasts are sagging and lack superior fullness and shape and would like perkier better shaped breasts. The patient stated she was a 36-C. The patient underwent bilateral mastopexies with placement of 325cc silicone implants and abdominoplasty.
